Thank you to those who supported the 2014 Aquinas Fest event, either through your financial support of raffle ticket sales or to those who braved the cold and rain to attend the event. Despite the unseasonably cool temperatures, we collectively raised nearly $40,000, all of which has been used to update the technological infrastructure within our school system.
Aquinas Fest 2015 will be held September 18th at the Lumber Yard at Copeland Park. This event will be held as an alumni weekend and, for the first time, alongside homecoming activities with our high school. The Blugolds will host La Crosse Central for this year’s homecoming game. Reunion classes that wish to celebrate in conjunction with Aquinas Fest, will have the opportunity to use the private party patios at the Lumber Yard, giving each reunion class a private area to meet while enjoying the music of the regionally acclaimed Spicy Tie Band.
Clason Buick GMC has once again agreed to graciously be the lead sponsor for the event. The annual raffle will feature a grand prize of $10,000 cash or $15,000 off MSRP at Clason Buick GMC. To comply with raffle laws, raffle ticket order forms will be available in June, so be on the lookout. Each year, the proceeds of Aquinas Fest are directly reinvested into our school system to enhance each student’s educational experience. All proceeds this year are earmarked for need based tuition assistance, which is available to all families who choose Aquinas Catholic Schools.
Our schools deliver a first class faith-based education because of our faculty, supporters and benefactors. Your support of Aquinas Fest and the associated raffle will help us continue a rich tradition of high quality education, keeping ACS strong. On behalf of the Aquinas Catholic Schools Foundation, thank you for your support.
