Music creates order out of chaos: for
rhythm imposes unanimity upon the divergent, melody imposes continuity upon the
disjointed, and harmony imposes compatibility upon the incongruous.
The Music Department of Aquinas High
School exists to prepare students in a meaningful
way to understand, value and enjoy music throughout their lives. In doing so,
students will learn to appreciate the God-given talents each person possesses
and the value of sharing those talents with others.
